Предисловие.
В тревожное время начала Малого ледникового периода-9 апреля 2017 года я начинаю писать эту книгу-ОБРАЩЕНИЕ. Мне уже 65 лет. Коротка человеческая жизнь… Мы не задумываемся о том, что будет с нами через два-три года. Ауж через пятнадцать лет… Это может быть уже и не с нами лично. А через двадцать- двадцать пять лет, что будет? Об этом, увы ,не думают сейчас даже наши дети.
А думать надо! И сейчас. И срочно!
Как будто беда может нагрянуть уже ЗАВТРА…
Мое научное мышление формировалось под влиянием моего Крестного. Моего теоретического Учителя в нетрадиционной медицине.Великого физиолога- академика международной академии информатизации, кандидата медицинских наук- Константина Павловича Бутейко.
Это знаменитый на весь Мир автор метода Бутейко. Природный, безлекарственный метод волевой ликвидации глубокого дыхания спасает человечество от таких страшных заболеваний, как астма, бронхит, диабет, аллергия, женская патология… Всего 115 самых распространенных болезней цивилизации. Глубокое дыхание ГУБИТ ЧЕЛОВЕЧЕСТВО при каждом вдохе и выдохе людей!! При каждом… Если это дыхание не привести к физиологической норме. Метод Бутейко решает эту задачу за три-четыре месяца обучения. С 1988 года- вот уже почти ТРИДЦАТЬ ЛЕТ я являюсь методистом Бутейко. Спасаю людей путем нормализации дыхания от астмы ,бронхита, гипертонии, аллергии и т.д.
Мой крестный-Константин Павлович Бутейко выдал мне для преподавания его природного метода САМЫЕ надежные документы.
Два диплома методиста Бутейко. Кучу поручительств и лицензию от самого Бутейко.
А за то, что я написал документальную трилогию «Открытие доктора Бутейко», Константин Павлович наградил меня званием -методист-ревизор.
Это генеральское звание в движении Бутейко! Его имеют только несколько человек во ВСЕМ МИРЕ.
Думаю, что я вкратце вполне понятно объяснил посвящение этой ЗНАЧИМОЙ для судеб всего Человечества книги легендарному ученому-Константину Павловичу Бутейко. (1923-2003 годы жизни)
А почему я в посвящении называю имя прекрасного российского ученого,инженера, географа- Петра Михайловича Борисова (1901-1973 годы жизни)? Да потому что именно он еще в 1970 году опубликовал книгу, которая МОЖЕТ спасти ЧЕЛОВЕЧЕСТВО от опасности скорого оледенения… Спасти уже сейчас- в нашем тревожном 2017 году!! А не тогда,когда самолеты с бегущими от ледников пассажирами не смогут подняться в воздух с обледенелых и заснеженных аэродромов!
Книга называется: «Может ли человек изменить климат.»
Всю свою жизнь талантливый исследователь посвятил этой КНИГЕ! Он мечтал о ее выходе всю свою жизнь гениального ученного-практика. Книга вышла тиражом всего двадцать пять тысяч экземпляров. Исследователю водообмена Мировых океанов было уже СЕМЬДЕСЯТ лет!! Через два с половиной года Петр Михайлович умер. Человек, создавший САМУЮ необходимую и ДОКАЗАТЕЛЬНУЮ (!!) книгу для спасения Человечества от Ледникового периода, умер практически непризнанным его современниками!
Но он умер ,как СОЛДАТ на посту. До последнего дыхания Петр Михайлович верил- , что Человечество, в жестокую минуту Опасности оледенения, все же ПОСТРОИТ(!!) его Плотину Жизни в Беринговом проливе!!
Современники часто не признают, не воздают должное своим будущим СПАСИТЕЛЯМ…
Не оценили по достоинству при жизни Великого Бутейко!
А ведь его метод спасает маленьких больных астмой от удушья и гормонов.
Но про своего крестного я при его жизни написал и опубликовал вэлектронном-варианте трилогию « Открытие доктора Бутейко». Создал впоследствии на ее базе видео-курс классического метода Бутейко. (смотри сайт mbuteyko.ru) И с его помощью обучаю по интернет переписке и консультациям всех желающих.
А вот Петр Михайлович Борисов ушел на небеса, когда еще не было возможности довести до сведения людей его СПАСАЮЩИЙ человечество от ОЛЕДЕНЕНИЯ проект…

Preface.
I begin to write this book ADDRESS to disturbing time of the beginning of Small Ice Age-9 of April, 2017. To me are 65 years. Human life is short … We do not think of what will be with us in two-three years. And in fifteen years … It can be already and not with us personally. And through twenty - twenty five years what will be? Even our children do not think of it, alas, now.
And it is necessary to think! And now. And it is urgent!
As though the trouble can appear suddenly already TOMORROW …
My scientific thinking was formed under the influence of my Godfather. My theoretical Teacher in nonconventional medicine. The great physiologist - the academician of the international academy of informatization, the candidate of medical sciences - Konstantin Pavlovich Buteyko.
This is the author of a method Buteyko famous for the whole World . The natural, medicineless method of strong-willed elimination of deep breath rescues mankind from such horrible diseases as asthma, bronchitis, diabetes, an allergy, female pathology … Only 115 most widespread diseases of a civilization. Deep breath RUINS MANKIND at each breath and an exhalation of people!! At everyone … If not to lead this breath to physiological norm. And why I in dedication tell the name of the great Russian scientist, engineer, geographer - Pyotr Mikhaylovich Borisov (1901-1973 of life)? Yes because he in 1970 published the book which CAN rescue MANKIND from danger of a fast freezing … To rescue already now - in our disturbing 2017!! But not when planes with the passengers running from glaciers will not be able to rise in air from ice-covered and snow-covered airfields!
The book is called: "Whether the person can change climate."
The talented researcher devoted all the life to this BOOK! He dreamed of its exit all the life of the ingenious scientist-expert. The book appeared with a circulation only twenty five thousand copies. The researcher of water exchange of World oceans was SEVENTY years old!! In two and a half years Pyotr Mikhaylovich died. The person who created the MOST necessary and EVIDENTIAL (!!) the book for rescue of Mankind from Ice Age, died almost unrecognized his contemporaries!
But he died as the SOLDIER on a post. To the last breath Pyotr Mikhaylovich believed - that the Mankind, in a cruel minute of Danger of a freezing, nevertheless WILL CONSTRUCT (!!) to his Plotinus of Life in the Bering Strait!!
Contemporaries often do not recognize, do not do justice to their the future SAVIORS …
